Old Fritz Vintage Ham

Ham on the bone, air-dried guaranteed naturally cured for 12 months

An especially long-cured ham from the topside, silverside, and thick flank muscle. Seasoned exclusively with primal salt, and guaranteed cured and air-dried according to a very work-intense Italian manufacturing process for 12 months. Noticeably tender, very intense in its flavour, without bone, and with little offcut.
