Bread & beef


Cut two, not-too-thick slices of high-quality dark rye bread. Depending on the size of the bread slices, prepare 4-6 slices of fresh Bedford Beef Ham. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and season with the red pepper, a pinch of sea salt and a fresh dash of lemon.

Generously spread the home-made cream cheese creation on one of the bread slices, and top with the slices of Beef Ham. Take the ¼ – ½ avocado and cut it into thin slices.

As a pleasant contrast in colour and taste, decorate the Beef Ham with the avocado slices and sprinkle some chilli flakes over it. The only thing left to do is to cover the sandwich with the other half of the bread and cut it into 2 halves.


2 slices rye bread, filled with

4-6 slices of Beef Ham

1-2 Tbsp. herbed cream cheese

1 tsp. red bell pepper

A little sea salt

Some chilli flakes

¼ – ½ avocado sliced

1 splash lemon juice
