Crostini with Saltufo®

Recipe for 4 persons

Cut figs into eighths, slice ciabatta into slices 1 cm thick and toast them to make the crostini. Slice the Saltufo® into thin slices. Carefully rub the crostini with the cut end of the garlic half, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Per serving: Arrange 5 slices Saltufo® and 3 fig segments on the bread slice. Drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grate Parmesan on top and round off with freshly ground black pepper.

2 Saltufo® balls

Pure virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar, dark

Ground pepper and sea salt
