Home Ham Salad with Cheese and Radish

Recipe for 4 persons

Finely dice the gherkins. Mix vinegar, gherkin juice, mustard and oil to form a vinaigrette. Season with salt, sugar and pepper. Peel the shallot and dice finely. Stir the gherkins and shallot into the vinaigrette. Wash the radishes and cut into fine slices. Arrange cheese, ham and radishes on plates. Drizzle with vinaigrette and sprinkle with cress or lettuce.

1 shallot

8 radishes

250 g Emmentaler cheese in slices

250 g Home Ham in slices

Watercress or small-leaf lamb’s lettuce as garnish

Approx. 2 tablespoons gherkin juice from the jar

2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

1 tsp. mustard

3 Tbsp. sunflower oil

2 small gherkins
