Hot pasta & Saltufo®

Recipe for 4 persons

Boil spaghetti as directed, coarsely chop oregano. Toss spaghetti in truffle oil, then add freshly chopped oregano, toss again and serve. Grate frozen Saltufo® and Parmesan over the top. Serve with a market-fresh leaf lettuce – delicious!


1000 g spaghetti

3 Tbsp. truffle oil

1 bunch fresh oregano

2 Saltufo® (slightly frozen)

100 g Parmesan
