Iced Melon Soup with Beef Ham

Recipe for 4 persons

Scoop out melon, press out limes, peel cucumbers, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

Finely dice the garlic and ginger. Purée everything in a bowl with an immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Refrigerate for at least ½ hour.

Top with Beef Ham (cut into strips) before serving. Cool tip: Process all ingredients at refrigerator temperature – this shortens the waiting time.


2 honeydew melons

2 cucumbers

2 limes

4 cloves of garlic

2 cm ginger root

Salt and white pepper

8 slightly thicker slices of Beef Ham
