Hot-dog with Bedford’s Long Knight & Pineapple

Preparation:
Prepare the Long Knight precisely as instructed on the package, cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips and toast the baguette rolls until nice and crispy.

Mix 1/4 tsp. chilli flakes with 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise into a slightly hot spread, cut 1 pineapple slice in half.

Spread one half of the baguette with the chilli-mayo mixture, drape the pineapple slices on top, enhance with the Long Knight and crown with the iceberg lettuce. With such sophistication the taste buds.

1 hot-dog bun or baguette

2 leaves of iceberg lettuce

1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
