Poultry Rib Sandwich

– with Bacon and Avocado –

Preparation:
Coleslaw: Slice the cabbage into very fine strips, finely grate the carrot and finely chop the onions; mix everything together with the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, that’s it.

Prepare the Bedford Poultry Rib as instructed on the package. We recommend that you enhance the Rib with a slice of bacon. Simply add it to the Rib for the last 3 minutes in the oven, until it is nice and crispy.

Slice the baguette roll all the way through horizontally, crush the avocado with a fork and sprinkle it with lemon juice (alternative: ready-made guacamole from the jar). Layer the crushed avocado, tomatoes, rocket, Poultry Rib, bacon and coleslaw on the bottom half of the roll and cover with the top half of the roll. Done!

10 g carrots

5 g onions

15 g mayonnaise

1 baguette roll

50 g coleslaw

1 slice of bacon

4 thin tomato slices

30 g avocado

½ tsp. lemon juice

5 g rocket
