Quiche with Vegetables and Home Ham

Recipe for 4 persons

Remove the dough from the refrigerator approx. 10 minutes before preparation. Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Clean and wash the snow peas. Sauté the carrots for approx. 5 minutes in heated butter. Add the snow peas. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven (200 °C with fan on). Whisk eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry dough on the paper and place it in a fireproof pie pan – press the edge onto the pie pan. Distribute the vegetable mixture on the puff pastry dough and pour the egg/milk mixture over it. Bake in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes.

2 carrots 200 g

200 g snow peas

200 g Home Ham

1 Tbsp. butter


Coarsely ground pepper

4 eggs

1/8 l milk
