Salad with Beef Ham

Recipe for 4 persons

Preheat oven to 180 °C with the fan on. Roast the cashews on a baking tray for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Fillet grapefruit with a sharp knife – preferably over the salad bowl to catch the escaping juice. Wash lettuce, clean and dry as thoroughly as possible. Mix with the cross-cut spring onions, the halved cherry tomatoes, the crumbled feta and the cashews. Then drape the slices of Beef Ham on the salad. For the dressing, whip all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix it with the salad.

Voilà, a delicious salad.


1 large handful of cashews

2 grapefruit

6 handfuls of mixed leaf salad

250 g cherry tomatoes

1 bunch spring onions

250 g feta

10 slices Beef Ham

Balsamic Mustard Dressing:

2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

100 ml virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp. grainy mustard

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
