Saltufo® between 2 feelings

Recipe for 4 persons

Preparation:
Grate Parmesan, cut mushrooms and Saltufo® into thin slices. Per sandwich: Toast and then cut 2 slices of toast in half. Sprinkle the two halves with 25 g Parmesan, place mushrooms and Saltufo® on top. Chop the rocket, dress with lemon juice and layer it on top. Cover with remaining toast halves. Done.

Ingredients:

8 slices of toast bread

100 g Parmigiano Reggiano

12 mushrooms

2 Saltufo®

50 g rocket

Juice of one lemon
