Saltufo® Fruit Kebabs

Recipe for 4 persons

Halve the strawberries, cut the melon into 2 cm pieces and the Saltufo® into wafer-thin slices. Per kebab: Place alternating pieces of melon, Saltufo® and strawberries on the kebabs and decorate with lemon balm. Arrange in small preserving jars.
