Refined with flavour: Our “Old Fritz” is taken from the topside, silverside, and thick flank muscle. Its aromatic depth is characterized by mild finesse. The tender bite stems from a very work-intense Italian manufacturing process – guaranteed naturally cured and smoked for 12 months. Seasoned with primal salt, without bone, and with little offcut.
