Saltufo® Between Two Feelings
Recipe for 4 people
Preparation:
01/ Shave the Parmesan, and slice the mushrooms and Saltufo® thinly.
02/ For each sandwich: Toast 2 slices of bread and cut them in half.
03/ Sprinkle 25 g of Parmesan on two halves, then layer the mushrooms and Saltufo® on top.
04/ Chop the arugula, dress it with lemon juice, and add it on top of the layers.
05/ Place the remaining toast halves on top. Done!
Ingredients:
8 slices of toast bread
100 g Parmigiano Reggiano
12 mushrooms
2 Saltufo®
50 g arugula
Juice of one lemon
