Chicken in Jelly

with pineapple and mandarin oranges, in pork jelly, chopped

Fresh, lean chicken breast chunks are placed in a tabular form by hand with chunks of pineapple and mandarin oranges, and filled with a fruity jelling juice. The dishes are garnished with slices of pineapple and segments of mandarin orange.
