Stuffed duck with turkey sausage meat

For our Duck Galantine, fresh duck is carefully removed, then stuffed with course sausage meat made of lean poultry meat and croutons, leeks, and broccoli. Carefully sewed into a form by hand, then roasted in an oven until crispy brown. Our Duck Galantine makes for an extremely appetizing cut in the serving case. Delivery period: from September to December
