Hot Noodles & Saltufo®

Recipe for 4 people

Preparation:
01/ Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and chop the oregano.

02/ Toss the spaghetti in truffle oil, mix in the freshly chopped oregano, and plate the dish.

03/ Grate the frozen Saltufo® and Parmesan over the spaghetti.

04/ Serve with a fresh market salad on the side – delicious!

Ingredients:

1000 g spaghetti

3 tbsp truffle oil

1 bunch of fresh oregano

2 Saltufo® (lightly frozen)

100 g Parmesan
