Buffalo Mozzarella with Tomato Vegetable & Saltufo®

Recipe for 4 people

Preparation:
01/ Dice the shallots, slice the garlic thinly, and cut the tomatoes into wedges. Tear the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces and slice the Saltufo® very thinly.

02/ Heat oil in a pan and sauté the shallots and garlic until translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook briefly.

03/ Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and deglaze with white wine.

04/ Arrange the tomato ragout in a bowl, gently fold in the buffalo mozzarella, and top with Saltufo® slices.

05/ Finish with a touch of freshly shaved truffle if desired.

06/ Serve with crispy bread for a perfect accompaniment.

500 g tomatoes

2 tbsp good olive oil

Salt, pepper, and sugar

4 tbsp white wine

200 g buffalo mozzarella

2 Saltufo®

1 small truffle

Fresh oregano
