Crostini with Saltufo®
Recipe for 4 people
Preparation:
01/ Cut the figs into eighths. Slice the ciabatta into 1 cm thick pieces and toast them to make crostinis.
02/ Slice the Saltufo® thinly. Gently rub the toasted crostinis with the cut sides of the garlic halves, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
03/ For each serving: Arrange 5 slices of Saltufo® and 3 fig wedges on each toasted bread slice. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, shave Parmesan over the top, and finish with freshly ground black pepper.

1 ciabatta
1 large garlic clove
6 figs
2 balls of Saltufo®
Good olive oil
Dark balsamic vinegar
Ground black pepper and sea salt
