Pizza Saltufo®

Recipe for 4 people

Preparation:
1// Prepare Ingredients:
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
Tear the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces.
Slice the Saltufo® thinly.

2// Assemble the Pizzas:
Roll out the pizza dough into 8 small pizzas.
Spread tomato sauce over each pizza base.
Top each pizza with 6 slices of zucchini and 100 g of buffalo mozzarella.
Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

3// Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for about 7–10 minutes, or until crispy.

4// Finish:
Garnish with about 10 slices of Saltufo® and a few basil leaves.

Ingredients:

Pizza dough (from the refrigerator)

350 g tomato sauce

1 zucchini

400 g buffalo mozzarella

2 Saltufo®

1 bunch fresh basil

Good olive oil

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
