Recipe for 4 persons
Cut zucchini into thin slices, pull the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces and cut Saltufo® into thin slices. Roll out pizza dough into 8 small pizzas and spread with tomato sauce. Top each pizza with 6 zucchini slices and 100 g buffalo mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and bake till crispy in a 250 °C oven for 7 – 10 minutes. As a crowning finish, place approx. 10 Saltufo® slices and a few basil leaves on top.

350 g tomato sauce
400 g buffalo mozzarella
1 bunch fresh basil
Pure virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper
