Felix Schohaus successfully concluded his apprenticeship as a butcher at Bedford and, as a crowning achievement, he also secured the title of guild winner. We extend our warmest congratulations!

Felix was able to shorten his apprenticeship to 2.5 years and began his studies at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences in Lemgo in August 2018, with a focus on food technology with a meat technology specialisation. He will carry out the practical part of his studies at Bedford.
