Bedford is a pioneer when it comes to transparency: A registration number gives you all the information you need concerning your ham, from the rearing to the slaughtering of the animal. For Stefan Bußmann this is a matter of course: “Thus the consumer has the quality of our products documented in writing.” And naturally: Bedford is only supplied from farmers that it knows. With this policy you know what you are getting – and what the animals are getting: high-quality feed, exclusively. And that’s also good to know!
